Oakleys Hair

My little Oakley has always had the prettiest, longest hair! She always gets comments wherever we go about how beautiful it is. And yes I am bragging about it! :) I did curlformers one day and then straightened it another. Here are some pics of how cute both ways turned out.

So I always trim her hair before school starts, and I was going to do that when she told me that she wanted to cut it all off! She was so excited to donate it to locks of love! I made her think about it for a week and when she still wanted to we made and appointment and went and cut it all off! It is so different, but super cute!  I am so proud of her for doing such an awesome thing! Thanks Crystal for cutting it for us!

That was one big, fat pony tail! She has the thickest hair ever!

It makes her look so much bigger to me!

It will be interesting to see if she still gets as many comments with it shorter. Or if it was mostly the length that people noticed. But her dark red color is the prettiest I have ever seen! I think she is beautiful no matter what kind of haircut she has!

Black Eye

Kix had a little fall on the 4th and ended up with a nice little shiner. It was pretty swollen that next day and then went a pretty green color! :) This kid of mine always has something going on....scrapes, bruises, and black eyes. Hopefully stitches and broken bones don't come next!

Swing Set

We bought the kids a swing set this year. They have been having a lot of fun on it!

 Gotta love these "cheesers"

I had to throw this picture in of them riding on the tractor.
This is probably the most used toy we have!

2 years old

Our little guy turned 2 earlier this month! I can't believe how fast time goes by. It doesn't seem like it was 2 years ago we brought this little guy into our family. And even though he is a "big boy" now he will always be my baby boy!
We had a birthday party for him at the BBQ on the 4th with Cade's family. I made him a dump truck cake and he had tons of fun opening his presents!

We got him this little red wagon and he jumped right in and was ready for rides!

He also had to eat his cake and ice cream in it!

Frosting face!

I love this little man of ours and I am so thankful that he is part of our family.

4th of July

We had a fun 4th this year. We went to the parade and got lots of candy. Then we went to the park and did all the stuff. After we had a BBQ with Cade's family. Then we spent the rest of the night just relaxing at home together. It was a fun day and I am so grateful to all our soldiers past and present who make all our freedoms possible!

This is Kix when the loud firetruck came by.

Camping

About a month ago we had our annual Robison family camping trip. It was fun to get everyone together and have some fun. We played horse shoes and the golf ball game. Had a hoola hoop contest and went on a lot of 4 wheeler and rhino rides! It was fun. Can't wait till next year!

Cade just chillaxin!
 Kixs favorite thing...the 4 wheeler!

Nana and Papa with all their grandkids. This is now an out a date picture since Tiffany and Dan had their cute little Gemma.

All the Robisons except morgan who had dissapeared on a 4 wheeler

Oakley and her self portrait

Cade was super excited to take this picture with me!

My cute sis Tiffy!

Kix's face was such a disaster! He is funny!

This is how the kids spent the ride home. They fell asleep about 5 minutes into the truck ride!

Maple Grove

We decided to go to Maple Grove and go fishing yesterday. It was alot of fun to go and have a little family time. The creek was moving really fast, and we got some good bites, but no fish. I think we're going to try and go back a little later. After we got done fishing we BBQ'ed some burgers. It was a super fun day and I hope we can do it again soon. And hopefully catch something this time!
