Other stuff

Harlie was at my house not to long ago, and her and Kix found some goggles and had to have me put them on them! They walked around for a while with these on! Such funny kids!!!

I have been trying to find chores for Oakley to do this summer, and she wanted to mow the lawn, so I do the outside and then she does the middle. She actually does a pretty good job! And is getting better at staying in a straight line!!

Yummy Treats

These are a couple of the treats that I have made the last couple weeks, and they are YUMMY! I am a sucker for sweets and baking!
These cookies are cookies and cream cookies. Sooo fattening, but really yummy! They are a pudding cookie, so they have a different consistency than regular cookies. Cade was a big fan!

This isn't the best picture, but these are my cinnamon rolls. I was craving these for a while, so I finally made them. I almost immediately regretted it when I was eating at least 2 or 3 a day! I always share my treats with my mom and dad, and dad was a HUGE fan of these! Some treats are just hard to resist, and these are one of those!

Anyway I just felt like sharing a couple of the fattening things that we have been eating at my house lately!

Slip N Slide

We bought a double slip n slide for the kids this year. They LOVE it!
Its a fun way to keep them cool in the heat!

They love sticking their faces in the water that sprays out of it!

Coach Pitch

Oakley played Coach Pitch this year and did really good! She never had to hit off the T, and by the end of the season she would even stop the ball if it came to her! She gets better and better all the time!

My little man

Kix is always getting into stuff and writing on the walls and just plain running around EVERYWHERE! But when he gives me this big smile it melts my heart and makes it all worth it!

I love that he sleeps like this with his arms up! He has been doing this since he was about 6 months old, and I just think it is so dang cute!

This is just one of the writing on the wall incidents! And actually only one section! He got a hold of a pencil, and wrote all over a bunch of walls. To find him I just followed the writing and the sounds of the pencil on the wall! Oh and for anyone who has a kid who does the same thing, Magic Eraser works wonders in getting it off fast!
